Routine Maintenance whether weekly, monthly or quarterly:

* Scrub & clean waters surface / scum line

* Skim off waters surface area

* Vacuum bottom of floor, and seats

* Analyze spa water chemistry

* Add proper amounts of required chemicals to balance

* Clean filter if needed

* Inspect equipment to ensure proper operation

* Inform spa owner of any problems found

* Clean & condition* spa hard cover (*monthly)

Quarterly visits include:

* Complete draining of spa

* Towel dry

* Polish surface

* Clean Filter

* Clean & condition spa hard cover

* Refill* (per customers request - extra charge)

* If refilled, system is restarted & water is balanced

*1x/per or Weekly Swimming Pool maintenance rates start at a per visit rate of only $48.00 - Biggest Discount!!!

*Spa or Hot Tub Services are as low as $35.00/visit

*Hourly Labor rates are $85.00 per hour

(1st hour includes travel to your pool/spa & 30 minutes on site)
